From the very beginning of development on Green Thing From The Planet Jupiter, I was the primary level designer. It started as a small home with a few rooms, and developed over time into a large home with lots of rooms to run around in. Mouseholes (drawn in red) were created from the very beginning - holes between walls Green Thing could use to escape. Vents (drawn in green) were added for Cannoli to do a similar thing, however the logistics of vents became too much and the idea was ultimately scrapped.
All assets were created and added to the level by myself and the rest of the talented Slugworks team.
Dante Bell (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dante-bell-35593a2b1/) assisted in the level design's conversion from 2D to 3D.
